TheBlueprintCo_ is a diverse coalition of experienced equity driven educational leaders, consultants, research practitioners and community organizations advancing professional development to leverage towards thriving mission driven outcomes. Our core focus areas strategic planning, learning design & facilitation and individual/cohort coaching
We collaborate with teams to develop program principles, coach new educators and design learning resources that facilitate effective professional development and transformative educational and career outcomes. We help school teams become more effective by improving classroom practice, teaching quality, and student learning. We work to support and promote academic achievement, multicultural competence, social development and civic engagement.
What we do
TheBlueprintCo_ delivers professional development by facilitating training, instructional coaching, designing assessment products and tools personalized for the classroom to help educators do what they do best: inspire learning. We are committed to designing for achievement by providing curated, searchable resources, access to experts, a tech library featuring accessibility features in edtech, and examples from the field.
We train, develop and collaborate with systems, schools and program teams to manage, design and implement strategic professional development in curriculum, deliberate practice, leadership development, observation and feedback. We promote community-building that supports the efforts of the learning to meet the needs of students with disabilities.
